DR VERSA-PRO: Riding Mower and a Walk Behind Mower: This
patented design allows you to switch between the riding
mower mode to the walk behind mower mode in just seconds.
Which means you can now mow safely where riding mowers
cannot go - slopes, ditches, lake or pond edges, under
low-hanging trees and branches.
Other features include... Welded 10-gauge steel with 1/2"
thick reinforcement plate on the front. Three Mowing Blades:
High-speed (18,600 feet per minute) blades are 3/16" steel.
Spindles: Commercial-duty. Pulleys: Tapered cast iron;
Commercial-duty hydrostatic drive pumps and wheel motors
enable you to smoothly change the direction and speed of
each drive wheel with easy hand controls, resulting in
turn-on-a-dime maneuverability; The blade spindles have a
split-aluminum housing for serviceability, zerk valves for
lubrication and tapered roller bearings to provide 4 to 5
times the life of spindles on residential-grade Z Mowers;
Cutting height is easily adjustable with a foot-activated
lever so you can react to differences in grass height and
thickness. Anti-scalping rollers in the front and the back
of the deck help produce a clean, professional-looking cut.
